Email user-service@ubucks.com for account access, missing cashback, shopping-journey, order-status or withdrawal questions. Use the email address connected to your account when possible.
Include the store name, approximate purchase date and the relevant Ubucks order or shopping-journey reference when available. Do not email a password, one-time verification code, complete card number or unrelated identity document.
Privacy and account deletion
Use contact@ubucks.com for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. For account deletion, use the subject “Ubucks account deletion request.” We may verify ownership through the account email before acting.
